Golden Years, a world-class wellness company, invites you to participate in a free CMS CMP grant opportunity: The Golden Years Fall Prevention Program.
You are invited to participate in the Golden Years Fall Prevention Program, which will be submitted to CMS for CMP grant funding. The objective is to provide your residents with free, daily (7 days a week) chair-based movement and meditation classes. Our program is designed to reduce falls by cultivating balance through strength and mindfulness training.
Golden Years is a world-class wellness company whose programming works to improve residents’ mental and physical health, and infuse structure and community into their lives at no charge to facilities or residents. Our classes are reliable, engaging and consistent, all the while meeting residents’ specific needs and limitations.
Residents live-stream classes from a common area or their rooms, to meet highly acclaimed, skillful and uplifting instructors. Residents also have access to quarterly educational, lecture-style masterclasses as well as a library of on-demand wellness classes. Additionally, they'll receive monthly wellness tips, a one-pager that distills wellness research into actionable advice.

The program is free of charge to facilities and residents.
Your facility qualifies if they have a CMS certification number.
No, Golden Years will apply for the grant on the facilities’ behalf. We are
handling the majority of the administrative work required, and our grant partner
holds a DNP.
The grant is applicable for three years. We're confident we'll be able to secure
another grant in three years, and that the program will run continuously.
The only next step is to fill out this brief support letter. The support letter is to
show in our application that you are interested in participating. It is non-
binding.
